RYA powerboat Level 2

Our internationally recognised RYA powerboat Level 2 course is our most popular courses. It’s seen by many as the equivalent to a driving licence for driving a powerboat.

Unlike many theory courses which are based in a classroom, our course RYA level 2 course is conducted on a boat with a maximum of 3 students. We also offer specialised one on one courses for the personal touch.

Our RYA level 2 courses can be run on our school boat or we can hop onto your boat for the course. The experienced instructors will bring you through various aspects of boating. This includes :

• anchoring

• what to do in case of a collision

• moorings, how to deal with narrow launch areas

• and much more

The benefit of using your boat is that we will run through all your safety equipment and boat operations.

What to bring on your course

All you will need to bring is some sun-block, a passport-sized photograph and a sense of adventure.
